Monthly Board Meetings

Who can attend: All Del Dios residents are welcome to attend
Board meetings provide an opportunity to stay informed about company operations, discuss important issues, and hear updates from the Board of Directors and staff. The next Board Meeting is scheduled for April 7, 2026 7:00PM. View or download the board meeting agenda below:
Annual Shareholder Meetings

When: At 7:00PM The First Tuesday of March every year
-- Note: The next annual shareholder meeting is scheduled for 7:00PM on March 2, 2027
Where: The old firehouse located at 20155 Elm Ln
Who can attend: All Del Dios residents are encouraged to attend
The annual shareholder meeting is a particularly important event for shareholders of record to attend where:
- Board members are elected by majority vote of shareholders
- Annual financial reports are presented
- Major company decisions and initiatives are discussed
- Shareholders can voice concerns and ask questions
